Very humbled to be in such amazing company on this list... Congrats to everyone recognized! So, so grateful for the support from my mentors and collaborators.

I've been fascinated with infant habituation since I started in the field - when do babies show novelty vs. familiarity preferences? This paper represents four years of sustained work by two amazing grad students, @_galraz_ and @anjie_cao, and I think we made some progress!!!

10/ There are several benefits to RANCH: 1) It generates predictions for unseen stimuli, 2) it's a true rational analysis, and 3) its parameters are interpretable, so we can study dev. differences computationally (e.g. we found that infants' noise prior is higher than adults).
