Hard rocks were instrumental in the development of humans. They used them for all sorts of stone tools like hand 🪓 and 🔪 On the course we find eclogite, a beautiful green and red rock, long thought to be magmatic. Female science pioneer Yvonne Brière found out they were metamorphosed rocks, which originally formed from the magmatic, basaltic, oceanic crust.
