PROFILE CHECK ✅ Gbolahan Ayediran, our Communication Officer, is a member of the Youth Advisory Board on Migration with IOM Nigeria, advancing youth voices in #migration governance and community development. Moment captured during onboarding, reflecting youth inclusion.

The #CSOnetMADE Lagos Chapter recently met the Honourable Commissioner, Ministry of Youth & Social Development, Lagos State, highlighting youth development and migration governance. GIHF, as an active member continues to support sustainable and community-driven impact.

In #Lagos, Giving Is Healing Foundation participated in IOM Nigeria’s four-day peer education training focused on safe migration and youth protection. The training aimed to strengthen participants’ capacity to guide young people on safe and regular migration.

GIHF participated in the feedback and impact evaluation organized by the IOM Nigeria on the 2024 Peer Education Project implemented in selected secondary schools in Lagos to promote safe migration and combat trafficking in persons (TIPs) and smuggling of migrants (SoM). #GIHF

Last week, our migrant community took part in an IOM Nigeria Focus Group Discussion on reintegration sustainability, covering sexual abuse prevention, community engagement, and feedback mechanism to strengthen support systems.

The video highlights the successful completion of skills & capacity-building training for returned migrants by IOM Nigeria in partnership with GIHF, aimed at empowering them for sustainable reintegration.

Earlier this month, we joined stakeholders at the Communication Dialogue hosted by #IRARA under the ARRIVES Project, focused on the sustainable reintegration of returnees from Germany. GIHF remains committed to empowering returnees and strengthening resilient communities.
