One of the biggest ironies in House of the Dragon is that Prince Daemon Targaryen and Lord Ormund Hightower will eventually become In-laws. According to Fire & Blood, Daemon’s daughter, Princess Rhaena Targaryen, will marry Ser Garmund Hightower, one of Ormund Hightower’s sons. After all the bloodshed between their houses during the Dance of the Dragons, who would’ve seen that coming?

Let's have a discussion on Captains Clerk genitals. If the #Backrooms copies everything isn't he meant to have one?

I have a theory: the time and distance in the backrooms are much more shorter, like in the nether every 1 block is 8 blocks, and time passes slowly that’s why Clark went crazy so “quickly”

Tom Holland's Telemachus in The Odyssey was so trash. Timothée Chalamet would've been perfect

Do you know that the actor who played Ramsay Bolton almost got cast as Jon Snow. The producers loved his audition so much they saved him for Ramsay instead. Going from potentially playing the ultimate hero to playing the most universally hated psychopath on TV is crazy range.

People forget the actual legal distinction here. Viserys named Rhaenyra heir before he married Alicent and had sons. By Westerosi precedent (Great Council of 101 AC), a king cannot arbitrarily override the realm's agnatic succession laws alone. Cersei's kids were bastards, but legally, so were Rhaenyra’s Strong boys. Viserys effectively tried to legitimize them by decree, which is exactly what Cersei did with Joffrey. They are structurally the same character.

Rhaenyra had an incestuous relationship, had children widely believed to be bastards, burned down King's Landing, and still fought for the throne. Cersei put her bastard son on the throne yet was publicly humiliated for it. Why does Rhaenyra deserve the throne while Cersei deserves the walk of shame?

Reminder that the last thing Aemond Targaryen did before engaging in the most brutal dragon fight in history was give Alys Rivers a kiss and drop her off Vhagar's back like he was pulling up to a school drop-off zone. Vhagar really tolerated a passenger just for him ❤️

Serious question: If the High Sparrow was around during the Dance, would he be brave enough to try and force Vhagar to do a Walk of Shame for her sins? Could the Faith Militant actually pull it off, or would the Targaryens step in?? #HOTD

How did Helaena claim Dreamfyre if we never see her ride the dragon? Dreamfyre accepted Helaena as her rider long before the events of House of the Dragon, but the show has barely explored their bond. If Helaena rarely or never flies her dragon on screen, how did she earn Dreamfyre's loyalty? Was their connection formed off-screen, or is there more to Helaena's relationship with Dreamfyre than we've been shown? #hotd
