As part of the Town’s ongoing efforts to keep both our employees and visitors safe, all guests are asked to check in at the Service Halton Hills desk upon arrival. Our community is growing, and with increased urbanization around Town Hall, these steps help us provide better service, improve safety, and ensure a welcoming experience for everyone. A fun, active way to build confidence this season 🛹 Looking for something engaging for your child (ages 7–14)? Our 90-minute Skateboarding Basics Workshop is a great introduction to the sport—no experience needed! 👏 Thank you, Halton Hills, for getting involved! We had another successful Earth Week 🌍 It was inspiring to see our community come together to take action for a healthier environment through waste cleanups and tree plantings, the free woodchip and compost giveaway, the annual bike swap, outdoor hikes, and environmental learning opportunities at the Halton Hills Public Library. We also appreciated everyone who stopped by the invasive species open house to share their feedback. 💚 Thank you to our organizers, sponsors, partners, and everyone who participated. ⚠️ Swim Cancellation Notice – The Acton Indoor Pool is currently experiencing mechanical issues. As a result, all swimming lessons are cancelled today (Tuesday, May 5). These lessons will be rescheduled for Tuesday, June 16. Lane Swim from 9:00–10:00 p.m. will run as scheduled this evening. Please note that the water temperature will be cooler than usual.
