45 minutes in the GP surgery, 1 failed blood test attempt, physio appointment where it’s now apparently my hip causing my pain and a trip to outpatients at the hospital to retry the blood test with some cool machine - i am all nhs’d out today looking forward to the bruises

increased my sertraline dosage 3 weeks ago and all it’s done is make me more sweaty, more anxious and more nauseous, not thriving at all
