@thekitze He's always wrong on most subjects anyway: macroeconomics, microeconomics, Portugal culture, etc. And yet he utters bold opinions. People didn't call him out before. Maybe now they start paying attention.

the comedy just writes itself do u understand how much material i have to do a final blow? unlike him, i'm above punching down people with mental health issues. i hope that one day he gets serious help because gym, sparkling water and dry chicken obviously doesn't do shit when *thousands* of people openly write about what a fucked up person you are. i want to focus on the insanely amazing and positive vibes in my community right now. i'm done with discussing a has-been who's clinging to staying relevant by arguing with strangers 24/7 instead of shipping something useful to humanity the last useful thing he ever created wa- oh wait.

One port, one cable, one Europe. This holiday, unwrap the power of one: USB-C for all. Yes, not just phones, tablets, and laptops. In three years, every charger will be under the same tree. Because less waste, smarter choices, mean more for everyone, all year long. link.europa.eu/QDMFTh

I 100% believe if you had to learn one skill to make money it would be paid ads. (Media Buying) It removes time from the equation, the only finite resource you have

⚡️Entry-level software work existed largely as training labor. It was inefficient by design. Juniors learned by doing low-leverage tasks while seniors reviewed, corrected, and absorbed the risk. AI just collapsed that entire layer. Not because AI is “better than humans,” but because it is good enough, instantly available, and zero ego. For many tasks, a senior + AI now produces cleaner output than a junior + senior, at lower coordination cost and near-zero delay. So companies simply followed incentives. Here’s the deeper layer: The career ladder was never a law of nature. It was a social contract subsidized by excess demand and cheap capital. That subsidy is gone. Junior roles only exist when: •Growth is fast enough to tolerate inefficiency •Capital is cheap enough to fund training •Output quality can lag without killing the business AI + higher rates + tighter margins break all three at once. So what replaces the ladder? A barbell. At one end: People who can own systems, define problems, integrate tools, and ship outcomes. These people become more valuable. At the other end: People who never cross that threshold and get stuck competing with tools that improve every quarter. The middle hollowed out fast. The real headline is that credential signaling just lost its buffer. Talent still matters. Intelligence still matters. But the path from potential to paid is no longer automatic. Blunt truth: If your value proposition is “I can learn,” you’re late. If it’s “I can execute with leverage today,” you still have a future. This is the end of software careers as a protected apprenticeship. And once one profession breaks this way, others will follow.

🚨 LATEST: Stanford computer science graduates are struggling to find jobs as AI coding tools replace entry-level developers and companies cut junior hiring.

@FoundersFTW @marclou I rather think it's to bring the other segment onboard. If you optimize for Buyers, it usually is at the expense of Sellers and vice versa. Marc already got the Sellers onboard. The challenge is now to attract the Buyers.

@marclou The hardest part of marketplaces isn't building trust between strangers. It's making sellers care enough to respond when they've already mentally checked out.

I built a full startup marketplace: 👋 Sellers: - Chat with buyers - Manage your listings - Verify with government ID 🛍️ Buyers: - Chat with sellers - Discover startups - Verify with government ID If you've listed your startup for sale on TrustMRR, here's how to see all the offers you've received: 1. Go to the /login page 2. Claim your startup(s) 3. View offers in the Chat tab If you're buying startups on TrustMRR, visit the /login page to view and manage all your offers. 🚨 Buyers and sellers with verified government IDs will receive a boost (more visibility for sellers, less chance of hitting the spam filter for buyers). The missing piece is Escrow (or a similar service) to facilitate asset transfer. I’m not familiar with this, so suggestions are welcome!

@_The_Prophet__ I work in consulting. I use GPT as my team of analysts now. It produces good enuf output while never bitching about whether team is DEI enough for their approval or why we don’t have a matleave policy like Google’s. No idea how consulting will train the next class cuz I ain’t.

@QwQiao Where is this 60% of fee as "rewards" ? Do you mean those 10$ cashback on 3000$ expenses? Or do you mean those inflationary points that you can swap for pans, suitcases or more unnecessary things? Those "rewards" end up primarily in other brokers hands, not in consumers' hands

there’s a common view that card networks (visa, ma, etc) should get disrupted by new rails such as as stablecoins because they charge merchants an absurd 3% fee. the reality is card networks keep a v small portion of this fee. assume a typical $3 fee on a $100 purchase, about - $1.8 goes to the consumer (as card rewards) - $0.45 goes to the issuing bank (the consumer’s bank) - $0.6 goes to the acquiring bank (bank of the merchant) - $0.15 goes to visa/ma this is one of the most remarkable examples of incentive alignment: - consumers keep a lion share of it as incentives to continue to use the card - issuing bank is incentivized to acquire customers for the network - acquirer is incentivized to acquire merchants for the network - visa/ma keep a tiny portion but they get to scale the network at virtually 0 marginal cost - merchants pay for all of this as they have the least bargaining power easily one of the strongest instances of network effect we’ve seen in the history of businesses

9. Create Pinokio Projects with Files Previously you could create new Pinokio projects with a prompt. But often you may want to attach multiple files to kick off the agent. For example: "Build a website that looks like these images". Now you can!

Merry Christmas to all, including the Radical Left Scum that is doing everything possible to destroy our Country, but are failing badly. We no longer have Open Borders, Men in Women’s Sports, Transgender for Everyone, or Weak Law Enforcement. What we do have is a Record Stock Market and 401K’s, Lowest Crime numbers in decades, No Inflation, and yesterday, a 4.3 GDP, two points better than expected. Tariffs have given us Trillions of Dollars in Growth and Prosperity, and the strongest National Security we have ever had. We are respected again, perhaps like never before. God Bless America!!! The Epstein files on the DOJ website allow you to highlight the redacted text, copy it, and paste it into another document, which reveals what was hidden. You can also press Ctrl+F and search for “Trump ” (with a space) to see his name appear more than 600 times. #OpDeathEaters
