@See_Jay05 That’s the biggest criticism I had of him last season. Then we brought in Mani D and for most of the season we’ve mixed it occasionally by playing it long to him. He’s carrying at least one injury atm though so we’re hampered with that. Tbh I never realised you changed your style

Absolutely right, York have way more quality than anyone else in this league. Isn’t it therefore incredible that we are where we are? You say the gap in quality is bigger than the gap with Carlisle, but the league table says otherwise. How is that worthy of criticism to you?

@_iainmurray No. I’m saying the points tally pays us a compliment. We’re 2 points behind York and 13 ahead of Carlisle, but I think anyone with a brain could agree the gap in quality between us and York is a lot bigger than with Carlisle

York fingerblast teams every week because they’re effectively Man City and they can do. Whereas we’ve come up with a style of play that’s gone toe to toe with them all season. No one complained about the quality of our football when it won us game after game after game for months

Checked the York score in around the 65th minute yesterday and they’d had 17 shots
To put things into perspective, Dale haven’t managed 17 shots in a single game all season
People need to stop using our points tally as an excuse, it really doesn’t tell the full tale #RAFC

@kian_rafc Tbf, not like we’ve exactly been testing defences all that much as of late… I imagine York just hammer the other team so much that they just make a mistake eventually, or are so tired they don’t defend like they would normally

@officiallydale @NL_Enterprise I genuinely couldn’t care less how good they were before the last 2 or 3 months have been utter garbage and we were lucky to even be close to York but today might just top it off. Players failing to do the basics with 0 urgency to score a goal. People clapping that is a joke.
