@yasinwalQuran True but your conduct on here represents salafiyyah in a terrible way. Insulting people, having bad thoughts of people insinuating evil of people isn't salafiyyah. Fear Allah and take a break from x. Go to masjid ghufeily kaa chini usome. Juu bro haujasoma and it shows.

𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚:
this individual has a fundamental
misunderstanding of both Islamic governance and the true nature of these man made ideologies.
The claimant appears to be conflating superficial overlap with foundational compatibility and therein lies the intellectual failure of the argument.
Let’s be clear: the question is not whether these systems contain elements that Islam also promotes such as trade, consultation, or representation.
The issue is what are the foundations of these systems, and are they rooted in Islam or in secular humanism? When you examine them on that level the incompatibility becomes clear.
𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐦:
Capitalism is not merely “private ownership” and “free trade with some regulation,” as the individual loosely defines it. That is a description of a few symptoms, not the system itself.
Capitalism is a product of post-Enlightenment secular ideology born out of rebellion against the Church, and centered upon the absolute autonomy of man in the sphere of economics, divorced entirely from divine regulation.
Its pillars include:
•Absolute ownership of wealth and resources without divine limits.
•The normalization and institutionalization of interest, despite Allah declaring war on those who persist in it (Al-Baqarah 2:278–279).
•Market sovereignty, meaning decisions are dictated by supply and demand, not revelation.
Ibn Taymiyyah (رحمه الله) said:
“If people deal unjustly in the marketplace by increasing prices unfairly, monopolizing, or cheating then the ruler must intervene to establish justice. This is not considered prohibited price fixing.”
(Majmūʿ al-Fatāwā 28/77–78)
So when the scholars and people of Sunnah speak of capitalism being kufr, it is not because trade is kufr rather, because it represents a system that legislates independently of Allah, organizes wealth by man’s desires, and institutionalizes what Islam deems to be major sins.
Capitalism’s foundational Aqeedah is that man is sovereign in wealth and that is shirk in rububiyyah regardless of how much charity or trade it allows.
𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐦:
Republicanism is not just a system of “worldly affairs being managed by elected representatives.” That’s an empty shell of a definition.
The reality is that republicanism is based on popular sovereignty where the ultimate source of law and legitimacy is the people not divine revelation.
The constitution in a republic becomes the source of legislation often drafted and amended by secular committees, where halal and haram are decided by vote, lobbying, or ideology.
Even if one were to limit the right to vote (as the individual suggests), the epistemological basis remains the same:
man determines the law.
This is in direct contradiction of the following Ayat:
"The rule is for none but Allah."
(Yūsuf 12:40)
And:
"And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed — then they are the disbelievers."
(Al-Mā’idah 5:44)
You cannot insert man made legislation into a system and then claim that it is consistent with Islam simply because some of the outcomes are similar. To say that a republic is permissible because it allows for representation is like saying the use of wine is acceptable because it hydrates
