Just put an Adjustment clip above all of the clips then add as many UGLY EFFECTS you want unless you are satisfy with how it should NOT look.
I just added blur and made it black and white.
[ now if you ask about how then better to just leave the editing !]
and Rename it ....

Simply blocking your edited preview will 10X your productivity. Remember making a single frame perfect will not gonna pay your bills !!!
