Gave myself a weekend task of baking @_jesslemon_’s white chocolate and raspberry tart. Considering I have zero baking skills and panicked as soon as I saw it involved separating egg yolks (which ended up being maybe the most simple thing), I don’t think I did too bad! Delicious!
