I think one key difference between Christian and Muslim fasting lies in how the body responds. Between day 4 - 8 during Christian fasting, your body tends to adjust more quickly to the new eating pattern, the cravings gradually subside, dehydration becomes less noticeable, and the urge to eat diminishes as you go further. Then you glow differently, your physical change becomes noticeable from day 10. At the same time, there’s often a noticeable shift toward a deeper desire for quiet reflection, studying the Bible, and seeking to hear from God. You barely look forward to the next meal and your body will push back if you eat heavy. You feel refreshed and sensitive. Its always a great experience.

🚨 EXCLUSIVE: Chelsea are insistent they have no intention of losing Enzo Fernandez and are preparing to fight off growing interest from Real Madrid and other elite European clubs this summer, and @TEAMtalk can exclusively reveal that a record-destroying new contract is in the works Sources have indicated Chelsea are willing to go beyond £400,000 per week including bonuses, surpassing the £325,000 per week Raheem Sterling received during his time at the club. Chelsea see him as a central figure in their long‑term rebuild. While Enzo is open to the idea of Real Madrid and would naturally be attracted to moves to Paris or Munich, he is not agitating for a transfer and has made no formal push to leave. Privately, Chelsea acknowledge they have not yet matched Enzo’s ambitions on the pitch, but they remain completely confident that with 2 or 3 key additions, they will be in a position to compete for major honours again. They want Enzo to be at the heart of that next phase and are prepared to act accordingly to secure his commitment. Chelsea’s stance is unequivocal: Enzo Fernandez is NOT for sale, and the club are prepared to put one of the biggest contracts in world football on the table to prove it. (via @GraemeBailey)

@McFlybowy Bellingham is first choice, back up should be between Rogers and Foden (Foden has not been consistent lately) Palmer is Saka’s backup, it’s a common fact! Eze? Idk

This position will decide whether England go all the way or not. The midfield duo is locked down Rice and Elliot Anderson and they will completely dominate, but what England now need is a creative #10 to balance it. I’ll break each option down: Bellingham: He’s the most complete attacking midfielder this season….goals, assists, involvement, and progressive play are all top tier. He’s a box-to-box player, but he doesn’t have the positioning of a classic #10 and isn’t a pure pocket creator. Cole Palmer: Creates danger through shots and goals more than passes. He’s basically an attacking midfielder with striker instincts, but he’s more a scorer than a “key passer” and may struggle to unlock highly organized defenses. He also contributes little defensively, with limited pressing and tracking. Foden: Operates between the lines, can drift wide or cut inside, and thrives in fast, fluid attacks. He’s still one of the most creative attacking midfielders, but he tends to drift wide or deep, losing influence centrally, as we saw at the Euros. His defensive contribution is /also minimal. Eze: Very effective when hot, but he’s not a classic #10. He prefers to operate in pockets from the left rather than centrally. He can be brilliant one game and quiet the next, and his tracking back and pressing are very limited. Rogers: Energetic, with goals and assists, but still developing. He lacks top-level consistency and is not yet a reliable creative fulcrum for a team that needs a structured #10. England’s #10 options this season all share the same problem: they score more than they create. Palmer, Bellingham, Rogers, and Eze all threaten goals but don’t unlock defenses. England currently has no true #10 who combines elite scoring, consistent creativity, and central positional intelligence. The only player who could have played as the main #10 is Maddison, and unfortunately, he won’t be available.

@_jidebenson He can alternate depending on the opponent with Palmer in the 10 if Enzo is off to Madrid Agreed we still need a more polished version of Garnacho on the left but don’t forget we have Quenda, Gittens and Mudryk to come back Most games will be Rogers-Palmer-Estevao

@MoneyBallAQ Talent he has and a good ball carrier but he’s a 10, and I don’t see him having game time except he’s used on the wing Naturally he’s not a winger and we can go all out and get an actual and proper winger, what do you think ?

@_jidebenson I’d be the first to admit a dream signing would be someone like Kvara or Alvarez … but if we’re being self aware of where we are now, we need to bet on potential and Rogers has a lot of it Add physicality to our attack Versatile for 10 and wing As close to RLC talent

Dan Scott 🗣️“Let’s be clear on the sequence of events, because it’s important. Aaron Anselmino goes to Dortmund and is having a very good loan spell he’s playing, developing, everything you’d want for a young player. Chelsea then recall him early, only to send him out again to Strasbourg. Now, the issue is what follows. Since that move, Anselmino has played less than 11 minutes. Less than 11 minutes. So you have to ask what was the point of disrupting a successful loan in the first place? From a footballing perspective, it simply doesn’t add up. And it ties into a wider pattern. The same concerns can be raised with Sarr at Chelsea limited opportunities, unclear direction. When you look at it collectively, it suggests decisions are being made without proper regard for player development. At times, it feels like these decisions are being driven more by internal interests than by what’s actually best for the players. And that’s the worrying part, because you’re dealing with young talents whose progress depends on consistency, clarity, and trust in the process.”

These set of players are not bad tbh, 2 or 3 experienced signings and we are good. Maresca was so close, just didn’t get any support. Liam Rosenior should play his style of football and use Santos as a DM not Caicedo. He shouldn’t be scared to try new things, the season is gone
