Lately, I’ve been feeling really burnt out from all the roundtrips and the struggle of balancing Web3 with school. I barely get enough sleep to rest properly, and I constantly find myself frustrated with the game—it feels like I’m just gambling at this point. It’s gotten so overwhelming that I’ve developed panic attacks every time I enter a coin, which is pretty ironic considering I’m a psych student. The pressure is just piling up, and it’s hard to keep my head clear. I think it’s time for me to take a step back once in a while, slow down, and reflect. Journaling my thoughts might help me process everything better and regain some clarity. I need to create a more sustainable plan that doesn’t drain me mentally and emotionally. Finding that balance is key, and I know I can’t keep running on empty without it taking a toll. Moving forward, I want to prioritize my well-being and approach things with a clearer mindset. It’s okay to pause, reassess, and give myself the space to breathe without feeling guilty about it. At the end of the day, growth isn’t just about hustling non-stop—it’s also about knowing when to rest, reset, and come back stronger.
