This play is happening so fast, Bouchard has his head down and tries to cut back inside! The concussion happens from Evan Bouchard’s head hitting the ice, not from the hit! If anything this is a 2 minute interference penalty but don’t think it’s a dirty hit! I think this is on Evan Bouchard having his head down and not protecting himself!

@_jmcki @itmeolliev No evidence that was deemed inadmissible would’ve changed the outcome of the case. Lawyers not involved with the case have confirmed this. That’s just something you ppl that can’t accept the ruling tell yourself to feel better. That’s also not how defamation law works.

The evidence that was thrown out on technicalities is what makes it substantively true despite not meeting the strict criteria to meet the statutory definition.

@SteelerVol4Life @Pirates We desperately need a reliever who can lock things down, we can handle one mediocre starter. Though I do think ultimately sending bubba down to figure out his command and trading for a competent reliever would be the ideal solution.

@SteelerVol4Life @Pirates Bubba will bring the same problem to the pen as every other reliever, where Carmen has a track record of being very effective from the Pen. It’s better for the starting rotation to send bubba down or to the pen but it’s way better for the pen to send Carmen there instead.

In a perfect world I’d send Bubba down to triple a to work on his command and trade a few good prospects for a consistent, experienced reliever.
