If you know how compound interest works, you understand an ADHD/AuDHD brain... Every 1 thought becomes 2 more, repeat. I'm exhausted by noon from buffer overrun... 8 million thoughts fill my head. I wish I could just do easy stuff, like herd cats or divide by 0.

@AdultingADHD I'll have you know, it isn't that i'm overwhelmed... its that I won't have some stupid reminder telling me what to do, I can make up my own mind. Also... the reminder ALWAYS pops up when I'm in the middle of another thing, and my context switching ability doesn't play that game.
