Great setup!
Devin really surprised me. Expensive but it’s a powerhouse + it’s awesome how it easily handles env setup.
Also: task grid is one of the best ways to view work progress.

I think the play is to have multiple tiers of hardware, each for a different use-case.
Instead of focusing on having 1 huge model than can do it all, we can have vision, audio, media gen, agent, recursive problem solving, security etc.. all small and focused.

watching How I AI with Thariq (Anthropic) yesterday, something really stuck with me:
AI is turning everyone into compute allocators.
you have a limited amount of tokens each week, and you need to allocate them as effectively as possible to achieve your goals.
it’s like placing different bets to discover the best payoff for your tokens.
if you allocate your tokens poorly, by giving dumb instructions. you’ll get a small payoff.
if you choose wisely, you can actually get compounded returns from your token usage through auto-research, nightly dreaming, persisted memory, and shared learnings across sessions.

very fast, easy to use, and shortcut-oriented
open-sourcing it made me like them even more
