In the event of any fraudulent activities, the company reserves the right to cancel the order and refund both the payment and the merchandise in full.

เงื่อนไข
1. สิทธิพิเศษสั่งซื้อสินค้า Official Merchandise ล่วงหน้า สำหรับลูกค้าที่ซื้อบัตร JOSS GAWIN HEAT & BEAT CONCERT ในราคา 6,900 บาท / 6,000 บาท / 5,000 บาท และ 4,500 บาท
2. สั่งซื้อสินค้าล่วงหน้าได้ถึงวันที่ 16 กรกฎาคม 2569 เวลา 23:59 น.
3. ข้อมูลที่ระบุต้องตรงกับข้อมูลในคำสั่งซื้อบัตร JOSS GAWIN HEAT & BEAT CONCERT เท่านั้น มิฉะนั้นจะไม่สามารถดำเนินการสั่งซื้อสินค้าได้
4. ชื่อ - นามสกุลที่ใช้สั่งซื้อสินค้าจะต้องตรงกับบัตรประชาชน หรือพาสปอร์ตของผู้ที่มารับสินค้าเท่านั้น
5. จำกัด 1 ที่นั่ง ต่อ 1 คำสั่งซื้อ สินค้าแต่ละประเภทอาจมีการจำกัดจำนวนการซื้อไม่เท่ากัน
6. จำนวนสินค้าสำหรับการสั่งซื้อสินค้าล่วงหน้ามีจำนวนจำกัด สินค้าหมดในรอบการสั่งซื้อสินค้าจะไม่มีการจำหน่ายเพิ่มเติมที่หน้างาน
7. ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถทำการสั่งซื้อได้ กรุณาติดต่อ Customer Service Phone : 02 669 8999 (วันจันทร์ - ศุกร์ เวลา 09:00 - 19:00 น.)
8. หลังจากยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อแล้ว ไม่สามารถแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยกเลิกได้
9. เมื่อชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว รอรับอีเมลยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง
10. การรับสินค้า สำหรับผู้ที่ซื้อบัตรวันที่ 28 กรกฎาคม 2569 รับสินค้า ณ บูธ GMMTV OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE (SPECIAL LANE) ในวันที่ 28 กรกฎาคม 2569 ตั้งแต่เวลา 11.00 - 20.00 น. ณ ยูเนี่ยน ฮอลล์ ศูนย์การค้ายูเนี่ยน มอลล์ เท่านั้น กรณีไม่มารับสินค้าหน้างานสามารถติดต่อขอรับสินค้าได้ที่ GMMTV ชั้น 30 ตึก GMM GRAMMY ภายในวันที่ 3 - 7 สิงหาคม 2569 เวลา 09:00 - 19:00 น. เท่านั้น (ยกเว้นวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์) หากเลยระยะเวลาที่กำหนด บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินในทุกกรณี
การรับสินค้า
1. แสดงบัตรแข็งเข้างานเพื่อยืนยันที่นั่ง
2. แสดงบัตรประชาชนหรือพาสปอร์ตที่ตรงกับชื่อผู้รับที่ระบุไว้
3. แสดงอีเมลยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อที่ได้รับจาก GMMTV SHOP

Terms & Conditions
1. The advance purchase privilege for official merchandise is exclusive to customers who have purchased JOSS GAWIN HEAT & BEAT CONCERT tickets priced at THB 6,900 / 6,000 / 5,000 and 4,500 only.
2. Advance purchase are available until 16 July 2026, 11:59 PM (GMT+7).
3. The information provided must exactly match the information used for the JOSS GAWIN HEAT & BEAT CONCERT ticket purchase. Otherwise, the merchandise order cannot be proceeded.
4. The first and last name used for the merchandise purchase must match the ID card or passport of the person collecting the order.
5. Limited to 1 ticket per 1 advance purchase order. Each product may have different purchase limits.
6. Advance purchase merchandise is available in limited quantities. Once sold out, items will not be restocked or available for on-site purchase at the venue.
7. If you have any problems with your order, please contact our Customer Service at 02 669 8999 (Monday -Friday at 9 AM - 7 PM)
8. Changes and cancellation are not available after confirming your order.
9. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email within the next 24 hours.
10. Collect your order: For those who purchase tickets on July 28, 2026. Please only collect your order on 28 July 2026 at 11 AM - 8 PM at GMMTV OFFICIAL MERCHANDISE BOOTH(SPECIAL LANE), Union Hall, Union Mall only. If you fail to collect your order at the event, you can collect it at GMMTV, 30th floor, GMM Grammy Place Building, between 3 - 7 August 2026 at 9 AM - 7 PM (Closed on Public holidays). If you fail to collect your order within this period, we reserve the right to refuse refunds in any cases.
How to collect your order:
1. Present a physical ticket to confirm your seat number.
2. Present your ID card or passport that matches the name in your order.
3. Present your confirmation email you receive from GMMTV Shop.
