this happens in Halo MCC and Forza Horizon 5; in MCC, multiplayer is greyed out and in Horizon, I can't use any of the online features
no idea why, this just started happening one day. I've done every troubleshooting thing MS has suggested up to reinstalling Xbox Gaming Svcs
