@woolworths @nicstarr_author Not only is that ablest, I’d love to see you back up your claim that the majority shop in store. Most of the groups I’m in are filled with appalled people who predominantly shop online. Whether disability, convenience, families with young kids… it’s 2023 not 2003.

@woolworths Unhappy with changes to the Everyday Extra program. I majority shop online (& pay for Delivery Unlimited annually) so won't get the bonus I signed up for in my yearly subscription. Driving to town to shop to get the saving instore makes my Delivery Unlimited worthless

@woolworths @TsvDrew This is absolute rubbish. The only reason I signed up and paid was for the 10% online discount. Getting rid of this across all of your programs will lose you customers. I’ll be one of them heading to @Coles - I hear they don’t treat customer loyalty like this.

@kelseybogan Some of my furniture frustration is that they move the couches and chairs in a way that means our wheelchair bound students can’t access certain areas. So yeah, I get a workout moving them back.
