fans called heeseung ethan for years and he stayed silent the entire time bcs he cared more about not disappointing his fans than correcting them that alone should tell you everything about the kind of person he is. someone who quietly carries something that small for that long just to avoid making fans feel bad… and this is the person you all chose to abandon overnight?
what hurts the most is not even the situation itself but how fast people were willing to strip him of all humanity the second things got difficult. no patience no understanding no attempt to see things from his perspective. just instant cruelty. and the saddest part is that anyone who has ever paid real attention to him would know how deeply inward he is. he has never been someone who expresses himself easily. he keeps things in until they consume him and yet people still expect perfect reactions perfect words perfect timing from someone who has always struggled to show his emotions openly.
sometimes i wonder if any of these so called fans ever loved him for who he actually is or if you only loved the version of him that was easy and comforting to consume. and honestly? that says far more about you than it will ever say about him.

Belift proudly sharing an article that claims “no absence was felt” and that “the number of members doesn’t matter” is not just disrespectful—it’s straight up erasure and dehumanisation. Not only towards Heeseung, but every single member in ENHYPEN.
For six years, Heeseung gave everything to the group, us ENGENE and the undeserving company. His time, energy, talent, passion, love, loyalty. He wasn’t „just a member“ or „just a number“. He was a core part of ENHYPEN: main vocalist, center, someone involved in writing, producing, and the best hyung to the boys. To reduce all of that to “his absence wasn’t felt” is beyond disrespectful.
What makes this even worse is that Heeseung is still an artist under that incompetent label. Yet, he’s being treated as if he’s invisible or a criminal. Not acknowledged, not respected, barely even seen. It’s been almost two months, and we still barely see him or know how he’s doing or what’s next for him. And if this is how the company speaks about him publicly, i don’t even want to know how he is being treated behind the scenes.
Also.. Belift..
He has a name.
Lee Heeseung.
Yet instead of using it, he’s constantly referred to as “former member,” “ex-member,” “past member,” or worse—ignored altogether. Even their attempts to rebrand him have been inconsistent and messy, to the point where even basic details weren’t handled properly.
How are fans supposed to trust a company to take care of their artists when they can’t even show basic respect to someone who gave six years of his life to them? How are we supposed to trust them with his future, or with the remaining members‘ , when they handle something this serious with such lack of respect and responsibility?
Not just him.
Imagine being one of the remaining members and reading that “the number doesn’t matter.”
So if any of the other members is missing- due to illness , schedules or unfair exclusion- that doesn’t matter either? Was that not felt?
Because every single time one was missing, it was noticeable. It mattered.
Every single person in that group matters. Always has, always will.
What does that say about how replaceable they are in the eyes of the company? Because if seven can become six and be framed as “no void left,” then what’s stopping six from becoming less?
They’re reducing our boys-artists- to numbers, products, something disposable or replaceable.
They’re trying their best and i couldn’t be more proud. But instead of being supported, they’re being used to push narratives and being treated as objects.
Do better BeLift. Respect your artists.

I genuinely tried to ignore this tweet but somehow it still ended up on my tl even after I blocked the user🤷🏻♀️
Anyway, as a Heeseung stan, my ego has always been intact. Enhypen succeeding as six was never some earth-shattering drag to us the way some of you desperately want it to be. Good for them, and good to know the concert was a success.
What’s actually embarrassing here is how some of you still can’t celebrate without sounding bitter and obsessed. Like if the lineup is supposedly “so complete” now, why are you still writing paragraphs about a man who already left? You’d think someone who “doesn’t fit the picture anymore” wouldn’t still be occupying this much space in your head.
The constant attempts to rewrite history are funny too because no amount of shady tweets will erase the role Heeseung had in the group before leaving. Some of you talk like success only started existing after he left, and it just makes you look insecure more than anything else.
Anyway, congratulations on the successful concert. Maybe now you can finally stop using Heeseung as a coping mechanism for engagement farming.

Some of yall are too confident about belift handling heeseungs solo when this is how they shade him, an artist under their label.

@BELIFTLAB this is so disrespectful especially to heeseung’s side. No artists deserve to be treated this way.
