Seriously, it’s refreshing to see the Nebraska spring game presented and treated with the proper context. Thanks to basketball and the early date, it’s not a BIG deal. It never should’ve been a BIG deal. This is what it used to be like. When Nebraska won.

The only times I've given a crap about NU's glorified scrimmage were the years when my kids were young and I could get them into a game day - esque environment without having to pay for their tickets (or feel bad if we left early).

@HappAndSchaef I guess I am just built worse. If Creighton ran into a 1 seed in the sweet 16, played fine and lost (Gonzaga game in 21), it would feel much different than if UConn beat us in a close one
