@mooncatvivi i felt like this for two straight years :( it's awful but it can get better. i hope that the beauty of the world (fresh air, calm trees, flowers growing) can offer a grounding when your body can't. sending u hope xx

genuinely dissociated the entirety of this year. for months my body has not felt like Mine every day i am less of a person a whole day can go by & i’ll hardly remember a thing the mirror shows a different reflection each time & i feel like an unwanted guest in my own life
