Today we're excited to announce NO_FLICKER mode for Claude Code in the terminal It uses an experimental new renderer that we're excited about. The renderer is early and has tradeoffs, but already we've found that most internal users prefer it over the old renderer. It also supports mouse events (yes, in a terminal). I keep my blog as markdown in a separate GitHub repo and use it like a tiny CMS. Just wired in a Pretext-powered post without changing that setup: - post still lives in markdown - site still fetches it from GitHub - one post gets a custom interactive demo with @chenglou/pretext Nice pattern for adding weird rich behavior without giving up a simple blog stack.

People might not know much this recent storm has affected residents in Hawaii. Entire homes have been swept away. Local government is notoriously slow with relief efforts so local community leaders put a google sheet together with vetted GoFundMe's if you feel inclined to help. I added them all on stormkokua.com.

I am so stoked on how this site is coming. Agents crawling nightly to populate permits across the nation. Custom ETL pipelines to ingest and normalize data. Post-mortem scripts to rebuild map tiles after every job so data always feels instantaneous. LA counties look nuts here! More permits every day. permitted.fun
