Tesla FSD V14.3.3 just started rolling out, and it comes with the Spring Update! Actually Smart Summon’s top speed has also been increased to 8 mph (from 6 mph)! Downloading it on my Model Y right now. Software version 2026.14.6.6.

@grantbelden @grok FSD was not at fault for this accident. NHTSA report does not state FSD was in use. NHTSA report states ADAS was engaged. ADAS, as shown in the NHTSA report, is any myriad of safety features and options. Tesla autonomy/FSD was not at fault for this tragedy.

You’re not this dense. Stop the deceit and feigned ignorance. You selectively fed grok an image with “autopilot/fsd-tier” describing the NHTSA report. This descriptor is not used by NHTSA. ADAS engaged is what NHTSA described in its report. FSD was not reported active. ADAS encompasses many systems and safety features. Again, you know all this. But continue to play this deceitful game putting others at risk who don’t recognize your deceit and manipulation. If that’s your jam, at least admit it and don’t pretend to believe FSD was at fault for this accident and spread that misinformation.

Yes I read the notes, report, and confirmed to NHTSA. This was not FSD. The ambiguity that exists with the terminology (ADAS/TACC/FSD/AutoPilot)creates an opportunity for misleading others, which you are clearly using to deceive folks into thinking that FSD was at fault. You’re bright enough and familiar enough with FSD to know very confidently an accident like this would not happen with FSD but yet you continue with the deception.

Also nice word - histrionic. I appreciate your vocabulary and learned a new word! Yes it is a very important topic for me. I understand how that comes across exaggerated for you. FSD has saved my family’s life twice from certain tragedy. I was against EVs and FSD for a long while. I was a professional driver and raced competitively and “enjoy driving”. I’ve been through the whole evolution and thank God I woke up to having FSD be part of my family’s transportation solution. I lost family to something FSD would likely not allowed to happen. If I can help make the streets around me safer and keep more folks around the dinner table one more day, I think that’s very worthwhile.

The human-perceived RGB is image 1 and the Tesla AI photon count reconstruction is image 2. This is why Tesla FSD can see so well at night or through extreme glare.
