🚨Great news🚨 Our latest preprint is out on BioRxiv: "Gene regulatory dynamics during the development of a paleopteran insect, the mayfly Cloeon dipterum." biorxiv.org/content/10.110…. We used ATAC-seq to explore gene regulation in mayfly embryos. Curious? Read on! 🧵

8/8 Aquests resultats els hem compartit a través d'un navegador web dedicat. Esperem que aquest recurs ajudi a comprendre l'evolució de la regulació gènica en el desenvolupament dels insectes.

7/8 Identificant regions de cromatina accessible, vam compilar un conjunt complet de possibles promotors i potenciadors actius durant el desenvolupament de l'embrió d'efímera.
