Deadlifts today ☠️💪 440 lbs. 1x1 Nice to hit a heavy single after last week’s fail. Not back to 100%, but certainly feeling much better. Everything moved well today, including my squats, which is rare 🤣. Deadlifts feel awesome when they move well, especially when my 3-year-old comes over to help me count to “one.” Top of the world. Glad he’s able to see his dad getting stronger. May the Lord be praised! #Barbell #StrengthTraining #Dominion

Many will have differing views on whether or not it is appropriate to have any concern at all about a man leisurely riding a bike down the road with a rifle on their back. Presumably one of the scary ones. Regardless it must be said that our laws should either matter or not exist. I have been open carrying for years, a sidearm. Since 2010 or thereabouts. Many would give me the side eye and I even had officers, usually who had just moved from another state, stop me without cause to ask me why I had a gun. It is not my obligation to make society comfortable with my rights. If society does not like my liberties they should pursue legally altering them. I assure you that discussion would be far more entertaining. Only a childish society punishes people for operating within the laws that they don't like.

Oh boy do we have a lot to discuss. I’ve represented about 100 people charged with DWI. 78% of those cases have been dismissed. Tiger in this video is among the least intoxicated I’ve seen on a body cam. He’s cogent and responsive. The officer administering the HGN has no idea what she’s doing. Violates every rule in the NHTSA manual. He also does not appear to be slurring his words.

Woods failed the field sobriety test and was found with two prescription hydrocodone pills in his pocket. OFFICER: “How much have you had to drink today?” WOODS: “None.” OFFICER: “And do you take any medication?” WOODS: “Uhh...I take a few, yes.” He was arrested for driving under the influence on the spot. Woods has entered a plea of not guilty.

I attended today's oral argument and while I'm not sure how it will go, it seemed to me the justices engaged seriously with Sauer's arguments. I'd be surprised if they said the 14th Amendment or Kim Wong Ark support today's radical birthright citizenship regime.
