@_MBService I suggest you use couriers that you can speak with directly? Take a look at your review page and filter by the 1 star rating. They all say the exact some thing. It's not the quality of clothes it is the standard of service.

Shout out to EVRi couriers @evricouriers @EVRi_Delivery who failed to deliver yesterday, then told me I wasn't in when I was! Can't talk to anyone! @_MBService / @MossBros sort this please. If it's not here tomorrow, you're getting it back & getting it back with an invoice.

@_MBService Paid for next day delivery, dpd driver did not show up and then dishonestly stated he missed me. I waited outside my house as it was an important delivery and I needed the items today. I want a refund of the next day delivery fee i paid. Terrible service.
