Labour's Employment Rights Bill has PASSED both Houses of Parliament. The Bill will increase costs and administrative burdens, and hinder economic growth. Measures like statutory sick pay from day one, changes to parental leave, and the removal of the lower earnings limit for sick pay will increase labour costs for employers.
