Students have told me repeatedly that they want their teachers and administrators to be involved. It’s quite simple, really. We like for them to be engaged, and they like for us to be engaged.

Even though I believe in loving more and fighting less, I’ll always take stand for what I believe in and who I believe in. If someone doesn’t like it they can unfollow. That’s the beautiful thing about the freedom of expression and the freedom to tune someone out.

Sometimes you just got to get out of the way & allow teachers to teach!!! Stop taking their time with meaningless work, additional testing & meetings! Just keep the main thing the main thing! Let them teach!

I hope that even my worst critics remain on Twitter, because that is what free speech means

So apparently Bill Gates hit up @elonmusk to discuss “philanthropy on climate change” but Elon asked if he still had a half billion dollar short position on $TSLA. Bill said he hasn’t closed it out, so Elon told him to get lost. No idea if this is true lol

Teaching is… what people do when they want to make a difference… when they want to improve the lives of others… when they want to create brighter futures… when they want to change the world, one child at a time. That’s what teaching is.

I don’t judge people by their past. I root for people to change. I know they can change because I changed. It’s amazing what God can do when a heart is open and willing to receive love, forgiveness and grace.

FYI children love to learn & school should be a place where students can have fun learning with & from each other! Let’s give our students the chance to impact the world & the world around them!

The truth is to be a better leader you need to be a better you. Who you are determines how you lead and how you lead determines the culture and team you create.

There's nothing more powerful than a humble person with a warrior spirit who is driven by a bigger purpose.

The #1 factor of success is Grit and the ultimate driver of Grit is love. If you don't love it you'll never work to become great at it.
