Fantastic trip to @EdinburghZoo today with the S3 Biology classes. We learned about evolution in the morning then completed a scavenger hunt in the afternoon. Looking forward to judging the best penguin selfies and funniest animal photos on the bus home 🐧🐨🦁

S2s today developed their understanding of indicator species by playing top trumps! After their game, they tried to place their cards in order of indicator of highest to lowest pollution levels. Good work S2🪱🪰

What are the best digital tools you use in your classroom and why? I love qr codes. Our school is currently working towards a digital award and I want to try out some more things (science/bio teacher)

🪄 Magical Inheritance 🪄 I am so proud of this! I developed a Pedigree for each Hogwarts house for pupils to practice on. Complete with hint cards and answer sheets. So much research was involved in this and I can 100% say NO ONE knows more about magical inheritance than me😂
