@BurakCo53951852 @Crow31Darkness the fasts we have require way more disciplin. we fast 2x40 days 2 weeks once from 8-42 days every wednesday and friday its an all vegan diet how often, and whether we can eat certain foods depends on the days of the fast also spiritually - praying, abstinence from sin etc.
