It’s amazing what your mind is capable of. After developing these hives, I researched things I could do to prevent or lessen the flare up’s. Avoiding caffeine was one. As an overnight nurse I’ve drank coffee for 10 years. Haven’t had a sip in 2 weeks & haven’t been tired Well…
