I ordered a camera just 3 months ago and now it’s showing a red light and going offline. Called customer support and they’re telling me to courier it for replacement. The courier charges are ₹500. Why should I pay for your defective product? This is unacceptable service.

The phone I gave for replacement was in excellent condition, no damage, looked like brand new. But when the Flipkart agent checked it during pickup, the price dropped from ₹3100 to just ₹1150.

Every time I order something big with my HDFC card, you promise 5% cashback but give only 1%! Just bought a ₹46k laptop & got peanuts in return. What’s the point of using HDFC then? ICICI/AXIS would’ve been better. I want my full 5% cashback, not excuses. @HDFCBank_Cares
