TO KEEP IT SIMPLE: Trump said: Open the Strait of Hormuz, or I’ll send Iran back to the Stone Age. Iran not only agreed to reopen it, but also accepted a temporary ceasefire after spending weeks refusing any truce & demanding the war end completely. Now they’re trying to sugarcoat everything & paint it in a nicer light for their people and supporters.That’s their business. The facts are straightforward: Trump demanded it, set a clear deadline with a serious threat & Iran folded. Simple as that!

Let me be very clear. I will always tell the truth, non-biased. You already know I hate the regime, and will HATE them to the day I die. But if the “terms” the U.S agreed to are true, that the U.S will remove sanctions, accept Iran charging tolls on ships, uranium, etc. Then the facts start to point in one direction: Iran won the war against the worlds strongest superpower that has ever existed on the face of the earth. The U.S, with all its might, with all it’s strength, was not able to reopen the 33km strait. Once again, these are objective facts, from a person who wanted the U.S to win and topple the regime.

Iran has agreed to 11 out of the American conditions, and the remaining three are still under negotiation for the next two weeks: 1. A permanent commitment never to develop or possess nuclear weapons. 2. Handing over all its enriched uranium to the International Atomic Energy Agency. 3. Allowing the IAEA full access and monitoring of every part of its nuclear facilities. 4. Completely and permanently stopping uranium enrichment inside Iran. 5. Significantly reducing both the range and the number of its missiles. 6. Immediately cutting off all support to militias and proxy groups in the region. 7. Stopping all attacks on energy facilities in the Gulf. 8. Reopening the Strait of Hormuz immediately, with no conditions or delays. 9. Lifting all sanctions imposed on Iran. 10. Canceling the snapback mechanism for reimposing UN sanctions. 11. American support for the Bushehr nuclear power plant, but only under direct US supervision. !

Both parties must review one another’s terms and accept them as baseline for negotiators. That is what has been accepted on both sides.

@mabanham @IWasOnlyFunning @0hour1 The infrastructure is not underground. Oil, Petrochemicals, refineries, bridges are all accessible from the air. I’m sure they have generators underground, but how will the run without fuel? Iran already agreed to open the Straight during negotiations.

@IWasOnlyFunning @0hour1 okay but most of the infrastructure is underground/bunkered in mountains. its why Afghanistan lasted 13 years. these arent simple operations. a boots on the ground invasion is futile - much like vietnam back in the day. which leaves, chemo, bio and nuclear war.

@0hour1 Good. I hope Trump's base (me!) never lets him hear the end of it. We didn't want the war to start but Trump made that decision and now we (at least I) want him to finish this, not surrender and walk away. I am extremely concerned about this.
