@boohoo the absolute worst company going. Why is the only option available for my returns is on a gift card when it hasn’t even give me an option to choose? Then when trying go through customer service I am just told that it’s automatic and it can’t be changed?!!
@boohoo AI responded to all my insta DMs and I’m still waiting for a refund from the 25th November????? I understand it’s a busy time of year but this is one way to lose customers. This used to be one of my favourite brands

Ordered a dress on the 4th dec, needed it for the 10th (tomorrow), still says in progress, hasn’t been dispatched yet. Told boohoo to cancel it, apparently they can’t! @boohoo sort it out! Poor customer service if I’ve ever seen it 🙄
