Anyone else had a issue with @boohoo & @OfficialPLT only offering gift cards as a refund even though you are well within the return time? Then to make matters worse you get a response from a Bot and still waiting to speak to an actual person! #boohoo #prettylittlething

@boohoo the absolute worst company going. Why is the only option available for my returns is on a gift card when it hasn’t even give me an option to choose? Then when trying go through customer service I am just told that it’s automatic and it can’t be changed?!!

Ordered a dress on the 4th dec, needed it for the 10th (tomorrow), still says in progress, hasn’t been dispatched yet. Told boohoo to cancel it, apparently they can’t! @boohoo sort it out! Poor customer service if I’ve ever seen it 🙄
