Wala ba kayong enhanced system to make your clients' life easier? Earlier din when i redeemed my tix, pangalan ko naman yung nasa tix, ako mismo ang nagredeem, i showed my electronic Philsys ID straight from the app, i showed the voucher straight from my sm tix account, bakit hihingan parin ako ng Gcash reference number? It's not like i purchased the tix just yesterday. Make it make sense. 🥴 Pls lang, lahat ngayon going digitization na, i dont get why printing the voucher is still your thing. Kala ko ba going global na tayes?
