Now I am in Medellin, Colombia building with @GraemeFScott and @darion_rae There is something so powerful to having hard working, disciplined people around you. I visited an RV Technician school today that does $3M/year in enrollments. 🚐💰 Here’s the crazy part: 👉 There are only 2 RV Tech schools in the entire U.S. 👉 Over 50% of grads get certified and start their own business 👉 They charge $160–$190/hour for service 👉 Tuition? $6,500 for 5 weeks of training Would you invest $6.5K to earn $150K+ as a one-man band? The riches really are in the niches. Now I’m asking… Who has the capital and wants to open 10 more of these schools across the country? 👀

My parents called me crazy for walking away from my $90k salary. But everyday I sat in that windowless cubicle, I felt my creativity dying. I just couldn't let that be my life. I haven't "made it" yet, but working in Colombia with these two guys is getting me closer everyday.

@thatadammeyer That's a fire way to do it. @darion_rae put me onto this book called the Three Simple Steps by Tevor Blake and he talks about using about 20 minutes out of your morning to set intentions, meditate, and visualize and although it sounds woowoo it realls makes a big difference

Your mentality is everything. It affects your focus and drive. You need to be ruthless with what you let into your mind. Stop watching the news. Stop mindlessly scrolling socials. Trash in = Trash out

@PeterSFleeton Seriously. I spent a lot of time helping other's achieve their dreams and you can learn a lot doing that, but at at some point you have to branch out and chase your own

@_nickmiller I agree Nick. There’s no reason chasing a perceived idea of success based on anything else but you’re own idea of success. Chasing someone else’s dream won’t make you happy.
