@fiffi_doublef yeah long and short there is no reason this should ever cause an issue where you need to restart a character!! if so something is EXTREMELY wrong and it should be reported on the mod pages 🙏

Apparently you can't create a character with heterochromia eyes and the regret because it will corrupt the whole save :)

@SlypnirR @fiffi_doublef if this happens when using unique eyes to CCXL and selecting one of the unique eyes options, you are missing an eye texture mod if it happens with vanilla eyes, you have a mod conflict, but it won’t be unique eyes to CCXL 😅

@fiffi_doublef Have you tried removing the mod manually instead from Vortex? Just asking to make sure, because I had this problem before and I've fixed it. The problem is from Unique Eyes to CCXL

@fiffi_doublef np, also generally if you update/remove CCXL mods that were saved to your character, there will be weirdness the next time you open CC—instead of changing stuff, open CC then close it by selecting “save changes”. save game, reload that save, reopen CC. this should fix it

@fiffi_doublef @therockergf unique eyes to CCXL is not required for heterochromia + “corrupting a save” is extremely unlikely, way less likely than issues with vortex or conflicting mods. instead of disabling or using vortex please try to manually uninstall/reinstall heterochromia

@therockergf @_nutboy I disabled it in vortex. I was using Heterochromia CCXL without having Unique eyes to CCXL installed, so I realized my mistake and disabled heterochromia but after that there was no turning back
