trauma doesn't make people stronger. it damages their nervous system. it hijacks their digestive track. it keeps the person in a constant loop of hypervigilance. to tell someone they are stronger because of trauma is to deny what it has cost them to survive.

a lot of adults don't better themselves??? and have no intention of growth or healing??? they’re just living their lives with horrible communication skills, lack of emotional intelligence, selfishness, and hurt feelings FOREVER?????

Do not ignore me. You can tell me you don't want to talk. You can tell me you need space. Whatever the case may be. Radio silence is a hard limit for me. It touches a very vulnerable place in me.

I actually love talking to strangers, they will unknowingly say some shit that shifts your perspective and you never see them again

I stay far away from adults that struggle with accountability and play the victim in every situation. They will self sabotage any and everything in their life for the sake of protecting their ego and pride.

How I sleep at night knowing they're telling one sided stories to people and taking zero accountability to make me look like a bad person

toxic people will gaslight you & try to make you feel guilty for calling them out on their shit bc they're way too comfortable in their ways. dont fall for this tactic & dont ever let anyone make you feel guilty for communicating the fact that youre hurt. you deserve to be heard.

Nothing feels better than just leaving people alone. No theatrics. Just silence and distance.
