I have actually done this before. I was coming from an interstate event some years ago, I got to the bus stop late at night and there was no bike going my way so I decided to walk the distance when I noticed a Police pickup coming towards me from behind so I decide to approach the pickup to seek for a lift before it approaches me. I turned back and walked towards the police pickup, asked the policemen to please drop me off politely and they (the policemen) all looked at me at once with a scary face and one said “will you get out of here idiot” angrily. I jejely continue my journey while they parked at a JEDI joint to refresh themselves 😂😂😂
