Nasdaq received SEC approval to trade tokenized equities. Important nuance: these aren’t new instruments or synthetic assets. They’re the same shares — just issued and transferred on different infrastructure. If this scales, a few things follow: • settlement becomes faster + more programmable • distribution moves beyond traditional brokerages • access becomes more global and continuous In other words, the constraints around markets start to loosen at the infrastructure level. This is less about “crypto entering finance” and more about financial markets quietly adopting new rails. That’s where Open World is building.
