@javilopen 7 - 10 generations per 10 sec is pretty good. Most Hollywood feature films would have a 10:1 shooting ratio.

Ah! The hardest part was the editing. As you know, Seedance only generates 5 to 15 second clips... and they almost never come out RIGHT on the first try. So for every 10 seconds sequence, I usually need at least 7-10 generations, then I have to cut the best bits and stitch them together... now imagine how much I needed for 10 minutes of footage! And that's not even counting the audio tracks, music, color grading, grain addition, upscaling, etc. Anyway, I think that as long as generations are still capped at 15 seconds, the biggest competitive edge someone can have is precisely in the editing, plus of course the idea / script.
