@_ozqn_ a few things: more advanced static analysis (catches some errors godot itself only catches at runtime), convenient refactor tools (i can rename a variable and all its uses in two clicks)
of course, i also have a lot of Rider muscle memory as is since i use it for unity, so ymmv
