@PuddingStone_ @Videct_UK 2M range increased, 214S faster, more hitstun, leaves opponent floating higher so we get meterless confirms fullscreen, j2L is faster, plus, and allows 5L confirm, 3H now exists, B assist range increase, C assist full invul after a certain point (idk how long)

@Videct_UK @_palmtop His M buttons are 8 (5M) and 10 (2M) frames startup, his beam is safe, A assist is a usable assist now and 6LL is plus 1 on block. Might be forgetting some stuff idk

Due to the scaling on 214S, doing less hits before it can increase the damage of the combo
For example starting with 2M 5H instead of 2M 6H 5H, removing a Ki Blast and adding 6H after 5H before 236S[8] (thanks to a change in 1.38) will do 40 more damage
