【Official Statement to WAKEONE】

Recently, for various reasons, the fatigue felt by fans on all sides has been steadily accumulating. As the situation continues to escalate, we, as a party fully supporting Lee Sangwon and his development within the group, have gradually come to feel overwhelmed. We believe that the company urgently needs to provide a clear explanation and statement.
It is particularly regrettable that, due to certain events, the self-produced content and behind-the-scenes materials that fans had been looking forward to have not been released as scheduled. The first hiatus following debut has also not been effectively utilized and has been wasted. For a new group that has only been active for three months, this situation is extremely unfavorable.
Therefore, we strongly urge WAKEONE to take an official stance on the current situations and provide a clearer, more transparent explanation regarding future operational directions. We believe that, aside from the specific incidents, this process is indispensable—whether from the perspective of the artist's future activities or the fan support environment.
At the same time, we ask the company to give Lee Sangwon basic respect and protection:
1. Respect the results of fan voting, grant Lee Sangwon the treatment he deserves, and prohibit any ambiguity regarding his center position.
2. Improve styling, rejecting ill-fitting clothing and greasy hairstyles that cover the eyes.
3. Pay attention to the artist's physical health and arrange schedules reasonably.
4. Ensure reasonable daily exposure and opportunities to participate in external events.
We sincerely request that WAKEONE issue a prompt and clear statement of position regarding the current situation. This request is not intended to support any particular stance, but rather stems from our desire as fans to continue supporting Lee Sangwon and his development within the group in a more stable fan environment.
If no effective response or statement is received from WAKEONE before the next comeback, Lee Sangwon’s Chinese Fansite will fully suspend consumption of all ALD1 group related events, including but not limited to albums, magazines, and endorsement products.
Finally, we solemnly reaffirm that this statement is intended to urge WAKEONE to issue an official statement on recent incidents and to protect Lee Sangwon’s legitimate rights and interests. We hope that the content of this statement will not be misinterpreted or misread in a way that deviates from its original purpose.
