football teams are smart, if they hold the power they will release news the RIGHT way. this means they wont outright say "we want to sell him" INSTEAD they will say "it will take a record breaking transfer fee to sign him" PSG dont have to sell him, i beleive its more like arsenal really just want to buy him and he is not against the challenge of EPL. In terms of us we can def pay £160M but from how i understand how momentum and transfers work, if we win UCL we canprob buy him for £115m OR £120m. If we lose then £130M with like £10M addons included. either way BOTH teams know they wont get or reach £160M, its just like how newcastle wanted over £150M and only got £125M + some unknown addons that have not yet been achieved.

Why would the dad say his son WANTS to leave at that time. here me out, in transfers NEWS theirs different stages. 1st stage is confirming that the interest is REAL. this means a reliable source confirming that for example arsenal has actually contacted the player in question Kvicha about coming to the club. 2nd stage is the club "leaking" the expected amount needed for the transfer to occur, this leak here is confirmed by Fabrizio Romano a 100% reliable SOURCE in football. 3rd stage is actual confirmation of bids etc etc etc. But anyway even though ornstein stated "no chance" that was 39 days ago, 10 days after that Khvicha own dad confirms arsenal interests, 1 day after that Fabrizio romano confirms the price PSG are looking for, and take note if PSG where not gonna sell, they would simply have told him "Khavara is not for sale for any price this summer" PSG and many other clubs have already told fabrizio this many times over the last 6 years or so.
