भाजपा सांसद निशिकांत दुबे और दिनेश शर्मा का न्यायपालिका एवं देश के चीफ जस्टिस पर दिए गए बयान से भारतीय जनता पार्टी का कोई लेना–देना नहीं है। यह इनका व्यक्तिगत बयान है, लेकिन भाजपा ऐसे बयानों से न तो कोई इत्तेफाक रखती है और न ही कभी भी ऐसे बयानों का समर्थन करती है। भाजपा इन बयान को सिरे से खारिज करती है। भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने सदैव ही न्यायपालिका का सम्मान किया है, उनके आदेशों और सुझावों को सहर्ष स्वीकार किया है क्योंकि एक पार्टी के नाते हमारा मानना है कि सर्वोच्च न्यायालय सहित देश की सभी अदालतें हमारे लोकतंत्र का अभिन्न अंग हैं तथा संविधान के संरक्षण का मजबूत आधारस्तंभ हैं। मैंने इन दोनों को और सभी को ऐसे बयान ना देने के लिए निर्देशित किया है।
Former Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has been re-elected as the president of the Biju Janata Dal (BJD) for the ninth consecutive term.
