Swing Notes: Open Forum!
Jake and I are same height and weight. Something I was told was to find a TOUR guy that has the same body comp as you and do a side-by-side.
My left leg is basically dead. I'd love to get ground pressure mapping to see how awful my weight transfer and push is. No hinge in my takeaway, club gets thrown behind me, which causes all kinds of issues on the downswing...
A lot of work to do...Thanks @knapptime_LTD 🤣

Swing Notes:
We're focused on takeaway right now. Club head is still leaning a bit too inside. Also might be a tad to close to ball at address. Trying to focus on clean takeaway to my thigh and the push/pull on the handle as the body turns. Seems to be pretty decent until I hit my hip level and roll inside too much. Getting there though...

@dreasduplantis I've been wondering what you've been up to, brotha man.

@MurliFanClub I love TRM gets a mention each time Natural Golf Clothing hits the ether.
English

@_raymondwill Designs. I rarely see a golfer wearing pants. The dressiest golfers I get paired with have a loud, printed Bad Birdie esque shirts. Wearing a classier shoe and cotton as you modeled would be seen as being a poser (not saying you are, just how it is perceived)
English

@the_SMALLAXE It's also ridiculously more expensive to build natural products.
English

@_raymondwill The average consumer likes it because it’s soft, durable and idiot proof in the laundry. It’s also inoffensive if you’re a sweaty type (fat)
Cotton/modal/viscose/merino is more comfortable and aesthetic (in some cases) but less forgiving with sweat and wash cycles

@Jake7Eth Left: Adidas x Metalwood Pleated Pant
Right: Quiet Golf Pleated Pant
Both are rad.

@NiceUpandDown @therealmcnair Every time I travel east in the summer, I genuinely wonder how folks put up with the climate lol
English

Obviously I'm a @therealmcnair fan, but cotton is tough in the hottest months. Right now on the coast of Massachusetts it's unseasonably 85 and change but there is a strong, refreshing breeze. Cotton is awesome today. But on a still July, after one hole my shirt looks like the Bat signal.

@_raymondwill i'm over poly. it feels like wearing a plastic bag. i'm done with it bros.
English

@_raymondwill Footjoy used to make a Pima cotton/spandex blend called the 1857 lineup. Light and stretchable like Poly would be, but with the comfort and collar of a cotton shirt. They were also cut properly unlike most of FJs ultra boxy poly shirts. Also wearing plastic is NEVER a flex.
English

@nws13 The right Merino is a cheat code for all occasions....
English

@_raymondwill Was all on poly until I got a Merino polo. The performance is excellent t on those
