Forever in awe of how sweet the Swiftie community is I posted a tiktok about a month ago talking about how my best friend’s Eras Tour ticket hasn’t expired in my apple wallet after our show (she was killed by a drunk driver in March of 2023, 3 weeks before our concert, so obviously, her ticket was never scanned). The sweetest girl messaged me from that video, offering to send me a physical version of our tickets just in case it does expire eventually. It’s so nice to be reminded there are still kind people out there 🥲🩷

@allthekenz wild coincidence but one of my dearest friends was killed in a drunk driving accident. he was leaving the eras tour trying to get home when he got a flat and was hit. interestingly enough, it was april 22nd 2023. i’ll always think of him on the 22nd and now your friend too 🩵

2/3 these policies are killing our community and making it extremely difficult to own anything our favorite artists create. it’s ridiculous that despite the vinyl not selling out, you’re not able to review my account to see that i have ALWAYS shipped to the same address.

1/3 @UMG do better. this is actually ridiculous. never in all of my years of my mom and i both ordering from taylors site have i had this issue. your policies are taking product out of the hands of real human fans and putting it directly into the laps of bots and resellers.

@aurorabora518 my email response was basically “so you’re actually wrong and if you looked at my order i only placed one order with ONE item to be shipped to a us address. and it’s not even on the site anymore for me to buy it again”
