@Zmeinir Agreed. I have like 170 followers and I’ve had one post get 2K likes (more than a larger account that has better art) and some posts get 1 like. Followers don’t matter anymore and I feel bad for larger accounts who most likely work as freelance artists and NEED the exposure.

Art trends where I would've gotten 1K+ likes last year now don't even get to 100 likes. I have 14.5K which is not small, yet my posts barely get 1-3% of that. I'm tired of small accounts complaining about big artists following trends. We've all been there, and maybe you'll be there too one day. Big artists are allowed to complain about the algorithm, because they're a victim of it too! They didn't magically pop into Twitter with 100K, they worked hard to get there. We all deserve to get what we worked for. I worked my ass off for 3 years to get this acc where it's at and now I barely get any engagement (especially compared to before), and I'm not the only one feeling that way. That includes 100K+ accounts. Twitter is getting worse for every artists, small or big acc. 100K followers means nothing if there's 1% engagement and there are 1K accounts out there that do better than them. We're supposed to support each other between artists, not whatever ego war I've seen lately.
